I didn't.

Feeling smug, I wrote a poem.
But, later, it didn't look right
So I changed it.
Not a lot; just a little; enough
To make you understand that
Even though you're not the only girl in the whirl
You're not exactly my sister either.
RELATIONSHIP, RELATIONSHIP: THREE
If someday somebody finds this
And, upon wondering what it is all about,
Sets out to translate it into Chinese
Or Arcturan III whistle language,
It won't matter.
I only wanted to say
"I love you".
